Terms of Use

Renting online

• You must be at least 18, and the information you give us, including your name, contact details and driver's license, must be true and your own.
• Prices, availability and promotions on the site can change until your rental is complete. The move-in total shown at checkout, before you pay, is the amount you'll be charged.
• Your rental is governed by the rental agreement (lease) you sign after paying. If anything in these terms conflicts with your rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.
• We may decline or cancel an online rental and refund what you paid for it if the unit turns out to be unavailable, the listing was wrong, or we can't verify your identity.
• Unit sizes, photos and descriptions are approximate. Please make sure a unit suits what you plan to store.
• Any protection plan you choose at checkout is governed by its own terms.

Payments

• When you pay on the site, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown.
• If you turn on automatic payments, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for your rent and other charges when they're due, until you turn automatic payments off in your account or by calling us.
• Fees, late charges and what happens if rent goes unpaid are set out in your rental agreement.

Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. Gate access codes shown in your account are for you and the people you choose to share them with. Please don't post them anywhere public.

Using the site

Please don't:

• give false information or use someone else's identity or payment method;
• try to break into, overload, scan or disrupt the site or our systems;
• use bots or other automated tools to rent units, submit forms or copy the site in bulk (anyone, including an AI assistant, may read the site, but a person must complete checkout);
• copy or reuse our photos, text or logo without permission.

Our content

The site's text, photos, logos and design belong to PIP Storage or are used with permission.

Other sites and services

Some features come from other companies, such as lease signing through SiteLink, and some links go to other sites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as is and may sometimes have errors or downtime. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the site beyond these terms, and PIP Storage isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. None of this limits your rights under your rental agreement or any rights the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Hampshire law. Disputes about the site belong in the state courts serving Strafford County, New Hampshire, unless your rental agreement says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
